John Elliott will guide us to search for grassland birds of concern, such as the Henslow’s Sparrow, Field Sparrow, Eastern Meadowlark and others that are found at Orland.

Northern Harriers and Cooper’s hawks circle in the sky, and migrating waterfowl and sandhill cranes have stopped over in good numbers at this grassland habitat restoration.
