Beginners Bird Walk, McKinley Park. Meet at 9 at the fieldhouse

Many interesting birds pass through our park on the way to their wintering grounds in Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and the southern states. We’ll learn to identify them as they use the habitats in the park to fatten up for migration. October is when many different kinds of ducks and geese can be found.

For adults and families—most appropriate for ages 8 to 88! All are welcome!
