Strengthen the Migratory Bird Treaty Act - comment by December 3

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service needs to hear from you!

Comment by December 3rd on new regulations to help reduce preventable bird deaths from industry activities. The Biden Administration plans to restore the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) but we can help ensure the Act goes even further to protect birds. Under consideration is a permitting program that requires practices that limit harm to birds, such as screens to prevent birds from falling into oil pits, and imposes fees when impacts to birds are unavoidable.

Please share your support for restoring and strengthening the Migratory Bird Treaty Act before December 3.
