Join the Chicago Piping Plovers volunteer monitors on the beach to pick up all of the plastics, cans, and other surprises that have accumulated on the beach over the winter. We will focus heavily on the protected beach & pier inlet, and move out to the public beach if we have lots of volunteers and time. Meet near the kayak rental center and come dressed for whatever weather we may get that day. Garbage bags and gloves will be provided.
