Help others discover the joy of birding as a Chicago Bird Alliance field trip leader! You don’t have to be an expert birder to lead a trip. Simply knowing a local park, trail, or natural area is enough.

There are two forms below. If you are interested in leading a bird outing but are not ready to commit to a date/location, please fill out the General Interest form. If you are ready to schedule a bird outing, please fill out the Bird Outing Details form.

Bird Outing Details Form

If you are ready to lead a bird outing, please complete the below form and CBA will be in touch to confirm details. When choosing a date, consider existing events on the calendar (see below), as we aim to spread out trips as much as possible.

Each trip should have its own individual submission. If suggesting a recurring event at the same time, location, etc., indicate this in the last box within this form.
