Photo: Trumpeter swans by Rachel Hogancamp
Hello everyone,
It was another slow winter morning and all of us are waiting impatiently for spring to arrive. But, we had more bird species than birders so we met that goal!
There were a lot of Red-breasted Mergansers in the lagoon, with a few Common Mergansers in the mix too. There was a Chickadee convention in the Japanese Garden. I wonder what they were discussing? And, our local Kestrel made an appearance and posed for Tracy’s lovely photo.
