Join us for a birding outing at McGinty Slough/John J Duffy Grasslands this spring. The locations are close to Orland Park.

At this location and time of year, target birds will include prairie warbler, white-eyed vireo, yellow-breasted chat, and black/yellow-billed cuckoo.

Meeting Spot: Meet at Sag Valley Equestrian Parking lot 41°39'03.4"N 87°55'27.3"W, or at gravel pull-off here:  41°39'04.0"N 87°55'19.0"W.  The field trip leader will confirm the location by email the day before.

Bug spray, sunscreen, and water-resistant shoes are recommended.
