In 2022, Chicago Bird Collision Monitors became a registered 501 (c) (3) public charity. It now operates as an independent volunteer-led organization dedicated to the protection of migratory birds through rescue, advocacy and education. The organization helps thousands of migratory birds harmed by the hazards of nighttime lighting and glass.
Chicago Audubon Society served as the organization’s fiscal sponsor for many years. We are proud that we were able to help this great organization with its operations.
With this change in status, CAS no longer accepts donations on behalf of Chicago Bird Collision Monitors. Learn more and support the work of Chicago Bird Collision Monitors at their webpage: www.birdmonitors.net
