Spencer joined the Chicago Bird Alliance Board in 2025, serving as Treasurer. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast and lifelong birder. Prior to joining the Board, Spencer volunteered extensively with various organizations focused on environmental conservation and animal welfare. Upon relocating to Chicago, he joined the Chicago Bird Alliance Board as a way to continue contributing to these causes.
